At ElimuTab, we understand the importance of receiving your educational tablets in a timely
manner. That’s why we offer fast and reliable shipping options for our customers in Kenya.
For customers in Nairobi, we offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM EAT.
This means that if you place an order before 2:00 PM EAT, we will ship your order on the
same day and you can expect to receive it by the end of the day. If you place an order after
2:00 PM EAT, we will ship your order on the following business day
For customers outside of Nairobi, we offer next-day shipping. This means that if you place
an order before 2:00 PM EAT, we will ship your order on the same day and you can expect
to receive it by the end of the next business day. If you place an order after 2:00 PM EAT, we
will ship your order on the following business day
Please note that our shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. While we make every
effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather,
transportation, or other factors beyond our control.
We use reputable G4S courier services to deliver your order. Once your order is shipped, we
will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held
responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping
information. Additionally, if you are not available to receive your package at the time of
delivery, the courier service may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for you to pick up the
package at a designated location.
Customers outside Nairobi will be required to pay upfront before shipping.
